Basic Eshop Orientation
Box Categories and Tags
In the left panel, there is a Categories and Tags box that contains the structure of each category. If you click on a category name, you will see a list of items that fall under that category, as well as all subcategories. The active category, i.e. the category you are currently in, is marked in bold font.
Below the Category box, the Tags box is displayed, which lists all the tags currently in the selected section. If you click on a brand, only that brand's products are filtered.
Basket box
The box is located in the top horizontal bar to the right of the user's box. It displays the total amount of items in the cart, including VAT.
Click on the cart icon to view the actual contents of the cart. On this page you can edit the number of items in the basket.
If the user is registered in the system and logged in, they will see the "Submit as order" button.
If the user is not logged in, the user will be presented with a window to register in the system and will be automatically logged in after completing it.
Items can be ordered without the need to register, however, this will deprive you of the opportunity to participate in loyalty promotions and discounts.
Purchase items
Clicking on any item category in the left bar will display a table listing all items in the selected category and all subcategories.
Clicking on the name of the item will take us to the item detail page. On this page you have the option to add any number to your cart.
To complete the order you need to create an order. The procedure is explained in the following section.
Submitting an order
If you have selected items and want to create a binding order, click on the cart icon in the top left bar. This will take you to the "Cart" page with a recap of your cart. On this page you can change the number of items from an item, remove items, or empty the entire cart.
To create an order, click the "Submit as Order" button. This will take you to the "Create Order" page. On this page you will be able to enter your billing address, shipping address if different from your billing address, shipping method and optionally add a clarifying note. The system automatically remembers your last address. To proceed to the next step, click on the "Submit Order" button. The system will automatically pre-populate the price for each mode of transport.
After entering the addresses and shipping method, you will be taken to the "Order Confirmation" page.
This page is the second to last in the order closing sequence and it is possible to go back to previous points from this page. It displays a recap of the entire order, the total price, the billing and shipping address (if different from the billing address) and your comment on the order, if any. The total price of the order, including shipping, is final and no additional charges will be added.
If everything is in order, click the "I confirm the validity of my order" button. This will create an order and the items from the cart will be transferred to the newly created order. The system will notify you by email when the order is closed.

Payment can be made:

- Cash on delivery only up to the value of 10.000,- CZK
- Bank transfer in advance to KB

Shipping
The shipping of goods is carried out exclusively by the shipping company PPL www.ppl.cz. Delivery within 24 hours in the Czech Republic if the order is placed before 12:00. Delivery only on working days.
The price of shipping across the Czech Republic by PPL for 145,-Kč on delivery, 115,-Kč when paying online or in advance on account.
Shipment over 2000,-Kč by PPL across the Czech Republic free.
Shipping to Slovakia:
By PPL www.ppl.cz. Delivery within 2 working days.
Price for 250,-Kč cash on delivery and for 206,- when paying online or in advance on account.
Price for over 5000,-Kč shipment free in Slovakia.
